Online Fees Payment

• Pop-Ups should be allowed in the browser
  • For Google chrome: settings->advanced>content settings-> Pop-ups->Allowed->Yes
  • For Mozilla Firefox: options->content->Pop-Ups->Uncheck Block Pop-up Windows
• Student’s ID Number will be the Login user & password for the first time.
• After successful login for the first time, the password has to be changed mandatorily.
• Pay fees
  • Current fees due including outstanding dues, if any will be displayed
  • Convenience fee as charged by the bank will be displayed depending on the Payment Mode chosen
  • Late fine against Tuition Fees will be charged @ Rs.0.00083/- per dayfrom Day 1 in the following manner :
  • Due amount ×Rs. 0.00083/- × No. ofDays = Late Fine (Minimum Fine amount is Rs, 25/-)
  • Late Fine against Hostel Fees will be charged Rs.50/- per day from Day 1 Late Fine= No. of Days ×Rs. 50/-.
  • No part payment is allowed
  • Please follow the Notice Board and your Whats app Group for the due date for payment of Tuition Fees
  • The Last Date of the month for which the Hostel Fee has been paid is considered to be the Due date for the payment of the next fee – Kindly follow Hostel rules and regulation.
  • Any payment through other mode (NEFT/RTGS/Demand Draft/Cheque/Cash/Pay Order) will not be accepted
  • After successful payment, the student will be able to download the receipt using the Print receipt link.
  • In case of Successful debit at student’s end, but failure while redirection, the student can contact Accounts department with a valid proof. Students will be able to download fee receipt after reconciliation performed by Accounts department.
  • For any failure transaction, the student may try again.
  • In case of any difficulties, the student may contact Accounts department.
